What quality of paper is used for your posters?
We use 250 g/m² premium paper.
Our posters are uncoated and natural white (cream).
Thanks to alkaline papermaking technology, the posters are acid-free, meaning the pH of the pulp from which the paper is made is above 7 (neutral). The paper is also supplied with an alkaline reserve, such as: B. calcium carbonate, buffered to neutralize acidic compounds that are absorbed from the atmosphere or arise from natural aging. This will ensure that your poster will last for many years without yellowing or discoloration.
Each poster is shipped in sturdy packaging to ensure it arrives safe and protected.

Yes, our paper is made from FSC-certified wood and is therefore environmentally friendly.

How are the posters packaged to protect them during shipping?
We pack our posters in sturdy cardboard or sturdy shipping tubes to ensure they are not damaged during shipping.
Can I choose a special packaging option, such as gift wrapping?
We do not currently offer any special packaging options.
Can I collect my order in person?
Unfortunately it is not possible to collect your order from our office. We send our posters directly to your home.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the type of product ordered and can take between 2-7 business days. However, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Swiss Post, DHL and DPD, depending on location.

In Switzerland and Europe a shipping fee of CHF 5 applies.
From 79.- we ship free of charge.
Where are the products produced and shipped?
Posters are produced in Switzerland or Germany (depending on the country of order), the remaining products are produced and shipped in the EU.

With print-on-demand processing, the products are only produced after the order has been received and sent directly to our customers. – Fast delivery: The print-on-demand provider handles the production and shipping of the products, resulting in fast delivery. Once your order is received, the product will usually be manufactured and shipped to you within a few days.
– Low inventories: We keep our inventories low through print-on-demand processing. This allows us to respond flexibly to demand and offer a greater variety of products without causing bottlenecks.
Disadvantages:
– No immediate availability: Since we do not have the products in stock, there is no possibility of immediate collection or immediate availability on site. All orders are produced and shipped individually.
